Our story
Il Tortellino d’Oro is a tribute to the Emilian cooking of the old days: when everyone squeezed in around the table, and it felt good. When people cooked with little, but with a lot of heart.
We choose our ingredients carefully, the way it used to be done: only quality ingredients, the right ones, that speak of our land. That is where we start again every day, bringing the recipes back to the table with the same respect as those who taught them to us.
Every tortellino is a promise: of honesty, of simplicity, of love for things done well. This is the place for anyone looking for flavours that speak to the heart.

We roll out and fold the pasta by hand every day, just like the grandmothers in our mural.
